The Canadian Government has decided with its infinite wisdom that e-cigarettes in all forms may not contain more than 20mg of nicotine

We do not agree with this position, and we welcome anyone to come into stores to discuss solutions. 

This means after July 23rd you will no longer be able to purchase regular nicotine, salt nicotine, disposables or STLTH products that exceed 20 mg of nicotine.

We will be changing most 25 mg salt nicotine products to 20mg and likewise there will be no noticeable difference. We will also be lowering disposables and STLTH to 20mg.

We don't want anyone relying on higher strengths to be left in the cold without a solution, so we are doing one BIG FINAL ORDER for products over 20mg. If you want any of our salt nicotine products from the One Off or SAS (Strategic A Salt) brands, Disposable, or STLTH Pods please follow the instructions below. The order cut-off date will be June 23rd. All PAID ORDERS will be submitted to suppliers on this date.

1. Complete the linked form including your first and last name, phone number, email address, method of payment, pickup location and the product you would like, specifying bottle size, nicotine strength and total quantity to order. If requesting more than one type/product, repeat this process until complete.

2. Within 24 hours we will add your order to the system and you will receive email notification allowing you to pay using the method you previously selected. Payment methods via online orders are credit card or e-transfer. If you want to pay cash or debit, you may do so in-store, but the invoice must be paid prior to June 23rd for orders to be submitted to suppliers.

3. All order placed will be available to pick up in-store roughly 7 - 10 days after the cut-off date. You will receive email notification when your orders ready for pickup. all orders must be picked up on or before July 23rd, in order to comply with the new laws.

We understand this announcement is less than ideal, but it will allow you to choose when it's right for you to reduce your nicotine and the action we are taking is a result of receiving this memo.

SERIOUSLY WE ARE GUTTED.

We  opened our stores to help all Canadian adult smokers transition to a less harmful product. We have never judged anyone based on the level of nicotine they needed to transition off of combustible cigarettes.

What this new regulation tells us, is that Health Canada, our Minister of Health and our government are not listening to the over 1 million Canadians who are smoke free because of vaping.
