CURBSIDE PICKUP & FREE SAME DAY LOCAL DELIVERY & CANADA POST DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS EFFECTIVE APRIL 7th, 2021 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

As the province heads into our 3rd lockdown, we have adjusted how we operate to ensure that NOBODY will have to return to smoking because they cannot access vaping products during this crisis. OUR WEBSITE IS… “OPEN FOR BUSINESS 24/7".  We have implemented Contactless Curbside Pickup, FREE Local Delivery and Canada Post shipping options so that you can continue to access whatever products you need from us safely and conveniently.

Effective at 11:59 pm April 7th, we will no longer be allowed to offer in-store shopping at our locations. We will reassess what is allowed in the coming weeks as suggested by the Ontario Government. However, e-commerce is still allowed at ecigflavourium.com and… OUR WEBSITE IS… “OPEN FOR BUSINESS” 24/7.

CURBSIDE PICKUP Instructions:

ONLINE: place your order online and pay by Credit Card or EMT.  When checking out, select the location you will be picking up your order.  Once your online order is processed and ready, we will send you an email indicating that it is available for curbside pickup.

PHONE ORDERS: if you’re unable to order online, you may call the location you will be picking up from and place your order over the phone by credit card only.  We will process and confirm your order at the same time and let you know the time it is available for pickup.

Alternatively, if you are in the area and have an immediate need, call the store PRIOR to arrival during COVID-19 store hours and we will confirm and process your order.  We can allow you to pay by Debit, Credit or exact cash only.  Your card needs to be capable of TAP so that we may tap through the door to remain contactless.  We may ask you for id, if we do, place it on the glass for confirmation.  We will open the door and place your order in the box.  Pick up your order when we close the door.

BOWMANVILLE LOCATION

All online orders for the Bowmanville store Free Local Delivery should be placed the day prior to delivery to ensure availability.  In many cases orders can be delivered same day, but inventory may need to come from another location and likewise will be delivered the following business day. Curbside pickup is 11am-6pm Monday-Saturday.  Free Local Delivery is Monday-Friday between 6pm-8pm.

PORT HOPE LOCATION

All online and telephone orders for the Port Hope location free same day local delivery must be placed and confirmed by 5pm.  Curbside pickup is 11am-6pm Monday-Saturday.  Free Local Delivery is between 6pm-8pm Monday-Friday.

FREE SAME DAY LOCAL DELIVERY

This service is only available for the following areas: Port Hope, Cobourg, Bowmanville, Courtice, Newtonville, Newcastle, Wesleyville, Port Granby, Port Britain, Welcome, Garden Hill, Campbellcroft, Bewdley, Camborne, Baltimore, Grafton, Colborne.  If you reside in a nearby location not listed, please call and we MAY be able to accommodate your order as well. Alternatively, you can select Canada Post shipping.

Most orders will be delivered the same day.  If your location is further out, your order may be delivered on the following business day.  Orders received after 5pm will be delivered the following business day.  Orders received after 5pm Fridays will likely be delivered the following Monday, but we will try to deliver on the weekend.

We now also offer FREE Canada Post deliveries with a minimum purchase of $60 throughout Canada.

Additionally, we have now added a NEW feature to our website LIVE CHAT.  This feature will be available 10am-6pm Mon-Sat.  Use LIVE CHAT if you have any questions or problems while viewing or trying to order from our website.
